Matthew has honed his skills in Alternative Medicine as an Acupuncturist since 2005 and a Massage Therapist with 25 years of experience. He completed a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine program from Southwest Acupuncture College in Santa Fe, NM. The core of his education consists of Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal therapy and Asian/Western bodywork including Tui’Na, Shiatsu, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release and Swedish Massage.

Matthew specializes in a deep tissue, structural approach with extensive practice in Acupuncture, Neuromuscular Therapy, Zen Shiatsu, Myofascial Release, energetic balancing and Chinese Herbal Therapy. In addition to Traditional Chinese Medicine, he has clinical experience and training with gentle Japanese-styles including; Toyohari, Hari , Shakuju Therapy and Esoteric Acupuncture Treatment.

Matthew began serving the Berkshires in 2008 in private practice and working with substance abuse demographics at various treatment centers in the region.
